"So then there's these young, impressionable, intelligent, beautiful brown women who are in law school who don't see themselves represented at all in these environments, and I wouldn't want them to be discouraged from having the career that I have had or learn what I currently have learned. Because to be honest, I love my job. I literally thank my lucky stars every day that I didn't quit it because it's phenomenal."
